1. TRIAL REFUND POLICY – If you have booked a trial and cannot attend the agreed trial day The Stadium must be notified a minimum of 24hrs before the trial for The Stadium to be able to reschedule your trial. Trial Fees are not refundable. If you have decided not to attend the trial day then fees will not be funded.
  2. T-SHIRT REFUND POLICY- Please check your purchase for any damaged items and inform The Stadium with 24 hours. Informing us within 24 hours we will then exchange the item. Once a t-shirt is purchased no refunds can be made.
  3. SHOW TICKETS- Tickets cannot be funded or exchanged.
  4. TERM FEES- In incidents where fees have been paid and the student is unable to attend classes on medical grounds then a medical certificate must be shown. Once a medical certificate has been shown then 50% of the fees will be reimbursed from that date to the end of term. Fees will not be refunded if a student decides to leave through-out the term on non medical grounds. If a student cannot attend class do to family disputes classes will not be refunded.
